Understanding body, mind and heart

Every true enquiry starts only in not-knowing. One has to be clearly aware that “I don’t know. But I have to seek, I have to search, I have to find, and I should start without any a priori conception.”

 

 

# Body
The first step is awareness is to be very watchful of your body. Slowly slowly one can becomes alert about each gesture, each movement. And as you become aware, a miracle start happening, many things you used to do before simply disappears, your body become more relaxed, your body become more attuned. A deep peace starts prevailing even in your body, a subtle music pulsate in your body.

# Mind
Thoughts and thought process……….. “n” number of conditioning good and bad, essential and non-essential.
You start become aware of thoughts they are more subtle than body. When you become aware of thoughts, you will be surprised of what’s going on inside you.
If you want you can write down. Awareness is that you need not do anything except just become aware. The very phenomena of watching will change it. Slowly slowly thoughts are start falling in certain pattern than chaos is not more and deeper peace prevails. And when your body and mind are in peace you will see that they are attuned to each other. There is a bridge now they are not running in different direction.

# Heart
A third step is to become aware of feeling, emotion and mood. That is the subtle layer and most difficult, but if you are aware of thoughts than the one step more a little more intense awareness is needed and you start reflecting your moods, your emotions and your feelings. Once you are aware of all these three are one…… functioning together perfectly, humming together, you can feel the music of all the three.
Than the fourth happen which you cannot do, it happen in its own accord…..
The body knows pleasure, the mind knows happiness, the heart knows joy, and the fourth knows bliss.
